Pricing FAQs
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our quoted fee covers all legal work. Disbursements (government searches, registration fees) are additional but we provide a full estimate upfront.
When do I pay?
A portion may be invoiced upon engagement, with the balance due at settlement. We'll outline the exact payment schedule at the start.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. If your transaction complexity changes, we'll discuss upgrading your package and any adjusted fees before proceeding.
Do prices vary by state?
Our professional fees are consistent across all six states. Government disbursements (stamp duty, searches) vary by state.
